This is a compact portable nonlinear junction detector that can detect electronic devices hidden in the walls, floors, ceilings, lamps, furniture or containers, whether these electronics devices are emitting signals, switching on or off, and can be alerted by displaying sound alarming and vibrating, so that detector can find the target devices and protect organizational and personal privacy.
A Nonlinear Junction Detector (NLJD) is a device that illuminates a small region of space with high-frequency RF energy. Any “nonlinear junction” in the vicinity will receive this energy, and because of the asymmetric response of the junction to an electric field, it will mangle the original signal and produce harmonics at integral multiples of the original frequency. The Nonlinear Junction Detector detects these harmonics and alerts the operator.
The nonlinear junction detector transmitter S-band detection fundamental waves and captures the secondary and tertiary harmonics from the detected object. Artificial intelligence algorithm is used to analyze the harmonic law, so as to detect and identify the semiconductor electronic equipment with nonlinear junctions.
This Nonlinear Junction Detector mostly used for search and detection of different types of covert listening devices, various electronic appliances and transmitters comprising semiconductors. It can be useful in detecting hidden cameras, microphones, and other electronic devices.
